This time we bring you some different content, it is not a blog or some sort of advertisement but a way to aware you of the good deed done by Aashman Foundation and Jared Savaille. For those who don’t know about this organization, Aashman Foundation is India’s 1st and the only NGO working for Single Income Family Widows, Running free Women Empowerment centers, Running Nishulak pathshala -free schools. Additionally, Jared Savaille is an actor, known for Dear Maya (2017), Dil Jaise Dhadke… Dhadakne Do (2020) and Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar (2021).
Working to tackle the issue of hunger is not a charity, it is an issue to provide justice. Justice needs to be provided to the tiny tots of the country who are underprivileged enough to get even the fundamental necessity of nutritious food sufficient enough to fill their empty stomachs. This will help to reduce the rates of hungry and malnourished kids which after all, can bring glowing smiles to their faces.
These underprivileged kids are experiencing very difficult and strenuous lives, which do not complement their sensitive age. This is an age in which they are required to attain nutritious meals, quality education, enjoyment, a playful environment, and along with that, the love and pampering of their parents and elders.
However, the irony of the situation is that these kids are not provided with any of these basic necessities and life is really unfair to them. Due to this, they become the target of many anti-social elements. Hence, they indulge in many unfair activities like human trafficking, child sexual abuse, kidnapping, begging, child labor, etc.
Aashman foundation decided to intervene in resolving the issue of hunger amongst the underprivileged kids. The organization came up with the idea of initiating a campaign called Milk plus Bread with Jared. It is in collaboration with Jared Savaille. Jared is a child TV actor who is also sensitive enough towards the growing problem of hunger among underprivileged kids and its repercussions. Because of his concern, he is supporting this campaign by collaborating with Aashman Foundation as its Brand Ambassador.
Aashman Foundation provided a packet of milk and bread to 2021 underprivileged children. The campaign was an important event to provide nutritious food so that the children inculcate healthy eating habits. Milk and dairy products are important to consume during childhood as they are a good source of many vitamins and minerals. Calcium, Vitamin A and D, protein, and fat are essential to consume to build strong bones and teeth. Along with this, they are also required for good nerve and muscle function. Hence, good nutrition is essential in childhood as it is a time of rapid growth and development. Therefore, Aashman Foundation realized the significance of these aspects of early childhood and organized the campaign in order to initiate and fulfill the same.
The opportunity for these kids to get packets of milk and bread gave bright smiles to their faces. The campaign helped the kids to make them aware about the importance of inculcating and maintaining discipline in their own lives. Discipline, which is a lifetime quality trait they can attain, will definitely help them in their future endeavors.
Therefore, the mission of Aashman Foundation is to work for the agenda of malnutrition and to see the kids growing and glowing.
