Coronavirus and Lockdown are quite familiar terms nowadays. Every resident or even every nation is having these words scripted in their minds. Coronavirus or COVID-19 is a deadly virus that was spread from China to the whole World. Coronavirus and lockdown are two different words but the word ‘lockdown’ became very common due to this deadly virus. “Lockdown can be defined as an emergency protocol implemented by authorities that prevent people from leaving a given area.

A full lockdown will mean that the people of the given area must stay where they are and must not exit/enter a building or given area.” without authorities’ permission. Like every coin has two sides similarly coronavirus and lockdown also have 2 sides, i.e. good(advantages) as well as bad(disadvantages) side.

Good (advantages) side:-

1:- People got to spend time with their families.

2:- People got enough time to find out their hidden talents.

3:- People got in touch with their old friends and relatives to whom they barely talk earlier.

4:- Significant Reduction in pollution in almost every city. (especially Delhi, Mumbai, and Chandigarh)

5:- People get to wear masks, wash hands properly, use sanitizers to keep themselves neat and clean.

6:- The ozone layer started healing up.

Bad (Disadvantages) side:-

1:- Indian economy got to see its bane side.

2:- Most of daily-wage workers lost their jobs, striving with hunger.

3:- Many people lost their jobs.

4:- People got to live on partial salaries.

5:- Many people lost their lives due to this deadly virus .

The lockdown policy of India is appreciated by the whole world. But unfortunately, the people of India failed to follow it in many ways. At the beginning of lockdown everyone was strictly following it but after a while, People started roaming in and out like normal days, they failed to follow social distancing, don’t wear masks, and don’t use sanitizers.

China pretends that this virus is spread due to Bats, but no one knows the exact reason behind this. Coronavirus was spread by coming in contact with the infected person and takes 12 to 14 days to show its symptoms but sometimes it is asymptomatic too. Many countries have tried making a vaccine for coronavirus but failed. The world is waiting for the vaccine but didn’t have a proper cure or vaccine for this. The world is expecting to get the first vaccine in the market by December.

Maharashtra is the state with the maximum number of positive cases and deaths.

Opposition parties instead of helping are blaming the ruling party. China, being the epicentre of coronavirus started training their army for a war against india. This Chinese virus has really ruined the lives of people and countries. Italy which comes on 2nd number worldwide in medical services has faced more deaths than china. American president Mr. Donald Trump says that china has spread this virus to take revenge from world. But still no country has full and final proof that china has spread it intentionally or by mistake.

So, keep thinking and wait till a vaccine arrives.
