Is your constipation serious…You must have searched a lot of desi or homemade remedies but unfortunately, they didn’t work. So, boss, I must tell you that I too found some remedies either on Google baba or by some relatives and from my loving granny but for me, it is extremely challenging to apply them on a daily basis, for instance, belly workout or eating healthy and high fiber food which is one of the most difficult things to do for me as I love eating junk. Sadly, when I try to live life my way I feel constipated.

There are so many freaking problems that constipation carries with it, going fewer than three times a week. the most common one having a bad smell from the mouth and body all day, feeling heavy and because of that, we end up skipping meals, gastric issues, stomach cramps, pain in passing stools, and even diarrhoea.
You might have tried all the best doctors and all those expensive medications but still didn’t find the exact cure for your problem and believe me it’s serious and can be worsened if not cured.
Enough for the bad stuff na, let me quickly take you to the good stuff now, I am here to share my personal favourite remedies with you all that can cure your constipation like it was never there. I won’t exactly say them remedies but, my experience which is working perfectly for me from ages and which will work out for you as well. Thank me later.
Let’s start
1.Isabgol
The most productive and inexpensive one which you can afford daily and has been used as a laxative for ages to alleviate constipation. The insoluble fiber
present in Isabgol causes the stool to soften and expand, thereby improving gut movement.
How to consume Isabgol: It’s very simple to either consume it with curd or warm milk. The best part is that it comes in a sachet too so you never have to worry about the quantity. Just add the whole sachet into your lukewarm milk and consume it straight away. You can also consume it by adding water to it but it might taste disgusting.
PRO TIP: Try to have it at night in order to release stool as soon as you wake up the next morning.

2.CCF TEA
It is a blend of culinary spices which you can find undoubtedly in your kitchen (cumin, coriander and fennel seeds)
Have you ever thought that tea can also do wonders for constipation? It’s a miracle and has never-ending benefits not only in constipation but more for instance this tea helps in the proper functioning of the heart, these spices even filter our blood. Additionally consuming CCF tea helps you in getting a fresh, comforting mouth smell that lasts long. Isn’t it one solution to many problems?
Stimulates Agni (digestive fire), Decreases gas, helps with indigestion, flushes out toxic waste, relieves congestion.
How to consume: Take a pan, add one glass of water and add 1 teaspoon of cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds each. Let it boil for 5 mins, strain out the seeds and it’s ready… yeah it’s that easy.
Pro tip: Try drinking it hot for the best results. Hot tea not only helps in curing constipation but also helps in reducing stomach cramps and body pain.

3.Be hydrated
Being hydrated is one of the easiest remedies to follow if you are constipated. Additionally, it is the most economical way one can follow throughout their lives and has more benefits than you think.
If you drink more water, your colon which is also known as the large bowel or the large intestine will be hydrated, making it easier to pass stools.
Buy one water bottle of around 2 litres and refill it when finished. Drinking enough fresh water is also good for your skin. Moreover, it flushes out bad bacteria from your bladder and helps in normalizing blood pressure, etc.

To sum up, I won’t ask you to completely stop eating burgers, pizzas because as a student I know how difficult it is for anyone but, I will request you to please maintain a balanced diet by not eating such things on a daily basis. If you are like me and love eating out, try eating it at a gap of at least 2 to 3 days so that you don’t put an excessive load on your stomach and end up feeling constipated.
I also won’t say to not get stressed because I know it’s easy to say but hard to implement when something goes out of your hand or not in your favour it’s natural to be stressed out but I will suggest you do meditation every day or just do a basic breathing exercise for 10 minutes or so in the morning or before going to bed, believe me, you will feel super energetic and calm right after. Meditation is also one of the best ways of curing constipation as it strengthens your digestive system and enhances metabolism.
All these methods are tried and tested by me and work like a miracle on my body. You can take the advice of an expert if you want to before following all the above-mentioned cures. I assume all the 3 remedies which I mentioned above are not expensive or hard to follow.
